Privacy policy
What data we keep, why and for how long — and what we never keep.
Effective from October 3, 2026
In short
We don't keep your browsing history, traffic content, DNS queries, connection logs or the IP addresses you connect from. We keep only what your account, payments and subscription need to work, and we never sell this data.
Account data
- Username and email — so you can log in and recover access.
- Password — stored only as a hash. We don't know your password.
- Sign-up date and last login.
- Referral code and bonus days for invitations.
- Telegram link — if you linked your account to our bot.
- Support requests — your messages and our replies.
Payments
Payments are processed by a payment provider. We never receive or store your card details. We keep only order information: amount, plan, number of devices, promo code, status and payment ID, plus your balance top-up and spending history.
How the VPN works
To make your subscription work according to your plan, the system keeps track of:
- your subscription period and traffic used;
- your connected devices — the device ID, plus the model and operating system the app reports. This is needed for the device limit; you can see the list in your account and remove a device;
- the time of your last connection.
We don't keep:
- which websites and services you open through the VPN, what you send, or which DNS queries you make;
- connection logs — logging is turned off on our VPN servers; we don't record who connected, when, or from which address;
- the IP addresses you connect to the VPN from or that the app uses to update your subscription.
Brute-force protection
If a wrong password is entered at login, we remember the IP address and the number of failed attempts to limit password guessing. The record is deleted after a successful login.
The VPN check page
On the VPN check page, we show your IP and look up the country and provider in the DB-IP database stored on our own server. Your IP isn't sent anywhere or saved. For the WebRTC test, your browser itself contacts Cloudflare and Google STUN servers — that's how the technology works.
Website analytics
The website uses Yandex Metrica to count visits, clicks and traffic sources. Session recording (Webvisor) is turned off. Metrica uses cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.
Who we share data with
We don't sell or share your data with third parties. The only exception is the payment provider, which receives what it needs to process a payment.
How long we keep data and how to delete it
We keep account data while your account exists. To delete your account and the data linked to it, message support. Payment records may be kept longer if the law requires it.
Questions
If you have questions about your data, message us on Telegram or VK. Terms of service are in our public offer (in Russian).
